Nuggets star Nikola Jokic is getting his own action figure

Who needs the respect of NBA referees or national pundits? Nuggets star Nikola Jokic now gets the figurine processing.

Super 7, a maker of toys and collectibles in San Francisco, announced Friday that Jokic, the Nuggets’ All-Star center and reigning NBA MVP, will be getting a toy likeness as part of a wave of basketball-related figurines slated for release later. this spring.

The Jokic figure will be part of the company’s “NBA Modern Supersports” line, which features 3.75-inch action figures of the league’s top stars.

The company’s first wave of NBA action figures included players such as LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Dončić, Kawhi Leonard, Ben Simmons, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and Zion Williamson.

The collectibles are similar to the “Starting Lineup” figures of the late 1980s and 1990s, a line that featured Nuggets icons such as Alex English, Fat Lever, Michael Adams, Dikembe Mutombo and LaPhonso Ellis.

The figure is available for pre-order through the Super 7 website and costs $18.00. The company describes its addition Jokic thus:
