Get into the spirit of Christmas or Halloween with the Nightmare Before Christmas figures.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is an iconic Christmas movie that some might even consider the perfect Halloween movie! No matter what time you like to watch it, the movie is full of delightfully spooky characters that the team at Diamond Select Toys brought to life in their line of Series 10 action figures. Greg Burke had the opportunity to unbox and d ‘review a few of them including Corpse Mom, Corpse Dad, Mrs. Claus, Mr. Hyde, and Choir Elf. Please take a look at the video below!

First in the line is Mrs. Claus, who is also packed with a choir elf. These figures have impressive details, with Mrs. Claus’ dress having a certain texture. Greg notes that the arms cannot be posed and offer only slight rotation and minimal articulation. What’s interesting is that Ms. Claus comes with a pie with a penguin lying on it, which only appears briefly in the movie.

Interestingly, Corpse Dad comes with Mr. Hyde as opposed to Corpse Mom. Much like Mrs. Claus, the level of detail of these two figures is quite impressive and their weight makes them rather sturdy. Corpse Mom also comes with a few trinkets, including a vampire duck on a skateboard.

Overall, Greg was rather impressed with Diamond Select Toys’ The Nightmare Before Christmas action figures. While having more articulation and flexible arms would allow them to be posed better, the level of detail and feel of sturdiness makes up for this missing element. The figures can be found on the Diamond Select Toys website for $ 29.99 USD each.
